Shipping Policy

Delivery Time
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the orders. Deliveries can be expected within 2 to 10 working days. There may be delays for major causes, such as adverse weather situations or force majeure beyond the control of Sams Reseller. All shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value in Indian Rupees of the individual items.

Terms of Delivery Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the courier delivery document. If the package is tampered with or not intact, the customer can refuse to accept the parcel. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier person at the time of delivery and to Sams Reseller, by sending an e-mail to our customer service (resellersupport@samsreseller.com). In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not follow the above mentioned guidelines, the shipment is considered automatically accepted and any further complaints will not be accepted. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Sams Reseller. The state and shipping address that customers report on the order must be correct. Sams Reseller reserves the right to cancel the order if customer demands delivery at a different address than the address indicated in the order. Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Sams Reseller cannot take responsibility for courier delays, though we will try to minimise any potential delays. Our orders can be delivered by Delhivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, Shadowfax and India Post.
